Hi, I’m Nat. I’ll be straight with you – that’s the method.
All speaking is public speaking. Every meeting, pitch, interview and keynote is a moment where your voice either works for you or gets in your way.
Most people I work with don’t have a talent problem. They have a delivery problem. They know their material cold, but somewhere between what they know and what the room hears, something gets lost. My job is to find that gap and close it — before it counts.
For more than 30 years I’ve worked with young people, and today I coach two groups who might look different but need the same thing: teens finding the confidence to be heard, and professionals who need every high-stakes moment to land. What connects them is a belief I’ve built my whole career on — that clear, confident, authentic communication is a skill anyone can learn, not a gift a lucky few are born with.
How I work
I teach by doing. Every session is hands-on and prescriptive: you speak, I give you direct feedback, you fix it on the spot. The goal isn’t to make you someone else. It’s to make you the calmest, clearest, most confident version of yourself — with a framework you keep using long after we’re done.
A little about me
My work has taken me into classrooms, boardrooms and onto TED stages. What drives it hasn’t changed: watching someone realize their voice matters, and then use it.

Who I work with
Professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs who already know they need help and don’t have time to waste. Keynotes, client pitches, board presentations — moments where winging it isn’t an option. The work is fast and no-nonsense: you go from an ordinary speaker to someone who owns the room.
Teens, through the Teen Talk Program I created. I deliver it in schools and youth groups, and parents hire me to coach their kids one-on-one. Same belief, different stakes: confident communication is a skill anyone can learn, not a gift a lucky few are born with.
Speakers on the TEDx stage. I lead TEDxCabarete in the Dominican Republic and coach the speakers who take that stage, along with TED‑Ed and aspiring TEDx presenters.
