I’m Nathalie Mailhot, a speaking and communication coach. For more than 30 years I’ve worked with young people, and today I coach two groups who might look different but need the same thing: teens finding the confidence to be heard, and professionals who need every high-stakes moment to land. What connects them is a belief I’ve built my whole career on — that clear, confident, authentic communication is a skill anyone can learn, not a gift a lucky few are born with.

How I work

I teach by doing. My approach is hands-on, prescriptive, and honest — I’ll tell you frankly what’s working and what isn’t, then give you concrete tools to fix it. The goal isn’t to turn you into someone else. It’s to help you communicate as the calmest, clearest, most confident version of yourself, and to give you a framework you can reuse long after we’ve stopped working together.
